Cities in CA have seen an increase in burglaries, vehicle thefts and other crimes. Instead of protecting yourself under the Second Amendment, Oakland residents have been told to use air horns to help stop criminals. Air horns. Yep, city officials said they may have gone too far with the defund the police movement and now do not have the man power for when residents are in need. But hey, air horns will save your life.
