Pistol Braces and Bump Stocks are Legal Again!

Judge Reed O’Conner ruled that the AFT's Final Rule regarding the pistol braces violated what an agency can do without congress passing a law, thus vacating that Final Ruling. In another win, the Supreme Court has determined that bump stocks are not classified as a machine-gun and struck down the ban on them that was set in place during the Trump administration. So for now, pistol braces and bump stocks are completely legal to own again. YouTube has also updated their policy on firearms content, further putting limits on what type of content creators can make.
